Next to our very own Barbette restaurant in the Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis we’ve created a small gem of a party space—Trapeze. It's just the spot for an intimate gathering for up to twenty five for a seated dinner or forty for a cocktail style reception. A one-of-a-kind bubbles bar, Trapeze serves a compilation of sparkling wines, not found elsewhere in the city.
